Ways to Work with Me

My work is centered around helping you uncover what may be sitting beneath the surface of your current challenges, whether in the body, relationships, family system, or larger patterns shaping your life. Together, we work toward changes that can be experienced in the body and lived in daily life, not just understood intellectually.

Sometimes we know exactly what we're struggling with. Other times, we simply sense that something deeper is asking for attention. This is where we begin.

“No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it.”

― Albert Einstein

There are a few different ways to work together, depending on where you are and what kind of support feels most aligned right now.

Some people arrive knowing they want a deeper, ongoing space to explore what’s emerging in their lives. They may be navigating recurring patterns, moving through a significant transition, or feeling called to understand themselves more deeply. The Embodied Soul Journey offers the time, continuity, and support to explore what sits beneath the surface while building a more connected relationship with yourself over time.

Others prefer to start with a focused session or astrology reading, exploring a specific issue while getting a sense of how I work. For some, a single session is exactly what’s needed. Others choose to continue the work over time with additional sessions or longer-term support.

Focused Sessions

Focused sessions can offer meaningful clarity or movement around a specific issue. You might arrive with a clear intention, or simply a sense that something is ready to be explored. Even in a single meeting, people frequently uncover deep and powerful insights, with shifts beginning to take root during the session itself. At other times, the session offers a clear and meaningful stepping stone that helps orient the next phase of their process.

If you're unsure which offering is the best fit, I generally recommend starting with an Integrative Somatic Healing session. It offers a flexible entry point and helps us discover what may be most supportive for you.

Not sure where to begin?

You can start with a complimentary 30-minute Soul Alignment Session. This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we can meet, explore what’s alive for you, ask questions, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.

There’s no expectation to move forward unless it feels aligned for both of us.

About the Sessions

I work intuitively and intentionally, guided by what is most alive for you. Each session begins by clarifying what you want to explore, and from there we follow the thread of what wants to be seen, felt, or understood.

My approach is trauma-informed, embodied, and non-linear, honoring the wisdom of your body and the natural pacing of your process.

I work from a place of partnership rather than authority. Your body and inner knowing lead the work. My role is to support, reflect, and help illuminate what feels ready to come into awareness, guided by careful listening and my own intuitive sense of the process.

I help hold the bigger picture and trace present-day challenges back to their deeper roots, whether they live in the body, the family system, or the larger cycles shaping your life.

Depending on what’s present, our work may draw from somatic healing, family constellations, astrology, or other supportive lenses. These are not prescriptions, but different ways of understanding what may be asking for attention.

I'm drawn to approaches that help us look beneath the surface of a challenge from multiple perspectives. Often, seeing the same issue through different lenses allows something new to emerge.

Astrology readings are structured differently from somatic or constellation sessions. They are held as in-depth, conversational explorations of your chart and life themes, and may offer orientation that can support other work if useful.

Ceremonial Cacao

Cacao is a heart-opening plant ally that supports deeper listening, embodiment, and integration. When it feels supportive, it may be gently woven into sessions, longer containers, or offered through in-person ceremonies.

Private and small-group cacao ceremonies are available in or near the Hudson Valley for those seeking a more embodied, relational experience.

A Few Common Questions

  • Sessions begin with a check-in and are guided by what's most alive for you. Depending on what emerges, the work may include conversation, somatic exploration, or other supportive approaches. We always leave space for reflection and integration.

Astrology readings and Family Constellation sessions follow their own distinct formats, which are described on their individual pages.

  • The work is collaborative and responsive rather than pre-determined. I pay attention to what you're bringing, how your body is responding, and what feels supportive in the moment. I may suggest a particular lens or approach, but you're always invited to adjust, decline, or explore something different.

  • You don’t need to know that on your own. Many people start with a single session or a Soul Alignment Session to get a feel for the work and clarify what kind of support feels most aligned. From there, we can sense together whether a single session, a longer container, or another offering feels like the right next step.

  • Integration is an important part of the work. In single sessions, we take time to reflect on what was received and explore what may be supportive moving forward. In longer containers, integration is woven throughout the process, with dedicated space to reflect on what is unfolding between sessions.

Depending on the container, support may also include simple practices, reflection prompts, light check-ins, or voice notes between sessions. The goal is not simply insight, but allowing meaningful shifts to take root over time.

  • The work can touch tender or meaningful places, but it’s not about pushing into intensity. I work in a trauma-informed way, which means pacing is guided by nervous system safety, choice, and your capacity in the moment. We slow down, pause, or re-orient whenever needed. Intensity is never the goal; presence and integration are.

  • Yes. Many people engage in this work alongside therapy, medical care, or other forms of support. I’m not a therapist, and this work isn’t a replacement for clinical care. I see this work as part of a larger support ecosystem, and it can be especially meaningful when people have a team around them. Some people come to this work after traditional approaches haven’t fully met them; others weave it alongside ongoing care.

  • This work often resonates with people who sense that something beneath the surface of their lives is asking for attention, even if they can’t fully name it yet. You may be noticing repeating patterns, navigating a meaningful transition, or feeling ready to look honestly at what you may have been avoiding, consciously or unconsciously. The work tends to support those who are open to meeting themselves with curiosity, care, and patience rather than urgency or self-judgment.

This work may not be the best fit if you're looking for quick fixes, prescriptive answers, or someone to tell you what to do. It tends to be most supportive for people who are willing to engage with what arises both during and beyond the session. It may also not be appropriate for those currently in acute crisis and in need of a higher level of clinical care.

  • Yes. Most private sessions are held virtually, which allows me to work with people from many different locations. In-person sessions are available in the Hudson Valley for most offerings.

Family Constellation workshops and group events are typically held in person.

One of my favorite things about working in person is the opportunity to share ceremonial cacao. Cacao can support deeper processing, embodiment, and a more connected relationship with what is unfolding during the session.

If you're interested in meeting in person, feel free to reach out. Travel to other locations may also be possible, with additional travel fees depending on distance.
