Ways to Work with Me

Learn how the sessions are held →

Many people begin their work with me through a single session or astrology reading. This offers a spacious way to experience my approach, explore what’s most alive for you, and sense whether working together more deeply feels supportive. Single sessions can bring meaningful insight or movement around a specific issue, and for some people, they offer exactly what’s needed.

When what’s emerging feels like it wants more continuity and integration, and when it feels supportive for both of us, I may invite you to explore one of my longer containers. These allow us to stay with the work more steadily and peel back the onion layers over time. Some people also arrive already knowing they want this kind of ongoing support, and we can begin there.

Sessions are primarily held virtually. In-person sessions are also available in the Hudson Valley for all offerings. If you’re interested in meeting in person, feel free to reach out by email.

Single Sessions

You might arrive with a clear intention, or simply a sense that something is ready to be explored. Even in a single meeting, people frequently uncover deep and powerful insights into core patterns shaping their lives, with shifts beginning to take root during the session itself. At other times, the session offers a clear and meaningful stepping stone that helps orient the next phase of their process.

If you’re not sure where to begin, the Embodied Soul Session offers a spacious place to listen and orient.

You’ll receive more details about the sessions and what to expect after clicking the “Book” button below.

About the Sessions

I work intuitively and intentionally, guided by what is most alive for you. Each session begins by clarifying what you want to explore, and from there we follow the thread of what wants to be seen, felt, or understood.

My approach is trauma-informed, embodied, and non-linear, honoring the wisdom of your body and the natural pacing of your process.

I work from a place of partnership rather than authority. Your body and inner knowing lead the work. My role is to support, reflect, and help illuminate what feels ready to come into awareness, guided by careful listening and my own intuitive sense of the process.

I help hold the bigger picture and trace present-day challenges back to their deeper roots, whether they live in the body, the family system, or the larger cycles shaping your life.

Depending on what’s present, our work may draw from somatic healing, family constellations, astrology, or other supportive lenses. These are not prescriptions, but ways of seeing that can help bring underlying patterns into view so they can be met with care and integrated over time.

Astrology readings are structured differently from somatic or constellation sessions. They are held as in-depth, conversational explorations of your chart and life themes, and may offer orientation that can support other work if useful.

Ceremonial Cacao

Cacao is a heart-opening plant ally that supports deeper listening, embodiment, and integration. When it feels supportive, it may be gently woven into sessions, longer containers, or offered through in-person ceremonies.

Private and small-group cacao ceremonies are available in or near the Hudson Valley for those seeking a more embodied, relational experience.

Embodied Soul Journey

Embodied Soul Journey (1:1) A Three-Month Guided Transformation

This longer container is for those who sense they are in a real threshold and do not want to navigate it alone.

Single sessions can offer clarity or a meaningful shift. This journey is about staying with the work long enough for deeper patterns and root dynamics to reveal themselves. With steady support, change begins to integrate at the level of the body and lived experience, not just insight.

As conditioned patterns soften, you begin to relate to your body, your choices, and your inner guidance in a more embodied and authentic way. This often shows up as clearer decisions, steadier presence, and a deeper sense of trust in yourself.

Our work is trauma-informed, intuitive, and non-linear. It may draw on somatic awareness, ancestral insight, and tools such as astrology, Human Design, and the Gene Keys when they are supportive, while always honoring the wisdom of your body, your nervous system, and the natural timing of your process.

As the journey unfolds, the work often moves from clarity into deeper pattern recognition and new perspectives, and eventually into embodied integration that settles into daily life.

Ketamine-Supported Healing

Partnering with licensed clinicians, I support at-home ketamine treatments alongside personalized integration coaching.

Ketamine is the only clinician-prescribed psychedelic medicine currently available, and when approached with intention, preparation, and integration, it can support deep healing and meaningful shifts. Through my own journey and through working with clients, I have witnessed profound changes, especially for those who have tried many other avenues and are committed to real change.

This work is not about the medicine alone. Ketamine can help soften long-held patterns and open new perspectives, but lasting change comes through how the experience is integrated. My role is to support that process through embodiment, somatic awareness, and ongoing integration coaching, helping insights land in the body and in daily life.

If this is something you are curious about, we can explore whether it feels aligned for you during a Soul Alignment Call.

For those seeking a more structured psychedelic-supported pathway, I also co-facilitate Embodied Psychedelic Collective, a six-session journey with its own pacing and application process, supported by four integration coaching calls.

A Few Common Questions

  • The flow described here most closely reflects an Embodied Soul Session, which is an open, embodied space guided by what’s most alive for you in the moment. These sessions begin with a brief check-in to orient around your intention and move at a pace that supports listening and nervous system safety. Some sessions involve more conversation, others include more somatic or experiential moments, and many include both. We always leave space at the end to reflect and orient toward integration, rather than rushing to conclusions.

Other session types are held differently. Astrology readings are structured as in-depth, conversational explorations of your chart and life themes, while Family Constellation sessions follow a distinct format with their own orientation and process. Each booking page includes more detailed information about what to expect for that particular session.

  • The work is collaborative and responsive rather than pre-determined. I pay attention to what you’re bringing, how your body seems to be responding, and what feels supportive in the moment. I may suggest a particular lens or approach, but you’re always invited to consent, decline, or adjust. The work unfolds through dialogue, listening, and shared attunement, not a fixed method.

Depending on what’s present, the work may draw from somatic awareness and embodiment practices, Family Constellations, astrology, or other supportive frameworks. These are not applied as techniques, but offered as ways of seeing and understanding what’s emerging. You’re welcome to explore more about any of these approaches through the individual modality pages.

  • You don’t need to know that on your own. Many people start with a single session or a Soul Alignment Session to get a feel for the work and clarify what kind of support feels most aligned. From there, we can sense together whether a single session, a longer container, or another offering feels like the right next step.

  • Integration is an important part of the work, though it doesn’t always look the same for everyone. Sometimes it involves simple practices, reflection, or noticing how insights land in daily life.

In longer containers, there is dedicated space at the start of each session to reflect on what’s been emerging since we last met, and integration support is woven in more consistently over time. This may also include light check-ins or shared reflections between sessions via email or voice notes, when supportive. In single sessions, we usually take a few minutes to land what was just received and orient toward what might be supportive afterward.

When it feels appropriate, gentle allies such as ceremonial cacao may be suggested as a way to support listening and integration between sessions. Nothing is required or prescribed, but integration is always acknowledged and approached with care.

  • The work can touch tender or meaningful places, but it’s not about pushing into intensity. I work in a trauma-informed way, which means pacing is guided by nervous system safety, choice, and your capacity in the moment. We slow down, pause, or re-orient whenever needed. Intensity is never the goal; presence and integration are.

  • Yes. Many people engage in this work alongside therapy, medical care, or other forms of support. I’m not a therapist, and this work isn’t a replacement for clinical care. I see this work as part of a larger support ecosystem, and it can be especially meaningful when people have a team around them. Some people come to this work after traditional approaches haven’t fully met them; others weave it alongside ongoing care.

  • This work often resonates with people who sense that something beneath the surface of their lives is asking for attention, even if they can’t fully name it yet. You may be noticing repeating patterns, navigating a meaningful transition, or feeling ready to look honestly at what you may have been avoiding, consciously or unconsciously. The work tends to support those who are open to meeting themselves with curiosity, care, and patience rather than urgency or self-judgment.

This work may not be a good fit if you’re looking for quick fixes, prescriptive answers, or someone to tell you what to do. It is not meant to be a place to simply feel better for an hour; it tends to be most supportive for people willing to engage with what arises beyond the session and explore how insights want to be lived and integrated over time. It may also not be supportive if you’re currently in acute crisis and need a higher level of clinical care.
