Sometimes the patterns we're struggling with didn't begin with us.
We may find ourselves repeating the same relationship dynamics, carrying emotions or burdens that don't fully make sense, or feeling stuck despite years of personal growth and self-reflection.
Family Constellations offers a different perspective. Rather than looking only at the individual, this work explores the larger family and relational systems we belong to, and the ways experiences, losses, loyalties, and unresolved dynamics may continue to influence us across generations.
Because we're born into our family systems, it can be difficult to recognize the patterns we're living within. Family Constellations gives us an opportunity to make what may be happening beneath the surface more visible.
It can help you see something you couldn't see before, understand how it may be affecting you now, and begin to relate to it differently.
During this 2½-hour Community Circle, I'll introduce the practice of Family Constellations and guide us into experiential constellation work together. Depending on the group and what emerges, our evening may include personal constellations, smaller systemic exercises, representation, witnessing, reflection, and integration.
You might come with something you'd like to explore around:
Repeating relationship or family patterns
Something you feel stuck in despite having worked on it before
Family or ancestral dynamics
Belonging and your place within a family or system
Life transitions or questions of direction
Work, creativity, money, or purpose
Something you can't quite explain but sense may have deeper roots
You don't need to arrive with a clearly defined problem or receive your own constellation to have a meaningful experience. Sometimes participating in or witnessing someone else's constellation unexpectedly illuminates something in our own story.
No previous experience with Family Constellations is needed, and you don't need to know your full family history. Simply bring your curiosity and an openness to explore.
