Ketamine-Supported Healing

A 6-session at-home ketamine-supported pathway, combining clinician-prescribed ketamine with personalized preparation, somatic support, and guided integration.

For those who have explored many paths and feel called to a deeper level of healing through a supported at-home ketamine journey.

There are times when we've done years of therapy, personal growth work, healing practices, and self-reflection, yet something still feels stuck. The same patterns return. The same struggles remain. We understand what's happening, but something has not fully shifted.

For some people, ketamine can create an opening where new perspectives, emotions, and possibilities become available. Often, what keeps us stuck isn't a lack of awareness, but patterns that haven't yet been fully seen, felt, or integrated. It can soften long-held patterns and help us access parts of ourselves that may have felt difficult to reach.

Through my own journey and in supporting clients, I have seen how powerful ketamine can be as part of a deeper healing process, particularly for those who feel they have already tried everything and are still searching for something more lasting.

This work is not about the medicine alone.

Ketamine may also help us get unstuck by creating new neural pathways and increasing the brain's capacity for change.

The healing comes through how we prepare for the experience, how we meet what emerges, and how we integrate it into our lives afterward.

How I Work

In partnership with licensed clinicians, I support a 6-session at-home ketamine process through:

  • Somatic preparation and intention setting

  • Guided integration sessions

  • Family constellations when supportive

  • Astrology and other perspectives when helpful

  • Optional guidance in working with ceremonial cacao

My role is to help you make sense of what emerges, uncover the deeper patterns beneath the surface, and support those insights in becoming something you can actually embody.

Who This Is For

  • You've done a lot of work on yourself and still find yourself meeting the same patterns, challenges, or limitations.

  • You sense there is something deeper asking to be seen, felt, or understood.

  • You're navigating anxiety, grief, burnout, emotional challenges, or a significant life transition and are looking for additional support.

  • You're looking for a different doorway into healing, one that goes beyond talking about your experience and helps you work with it more directly.

  • You feel called to explore ketamine intentionally, within a container that values preparation, embodiment, and integration.

  • You want support that looks beyond symptoms and helps you work with the deeper layers shaping your experience.

What Makes This Different

The medicine is just one part of the journey. While ketamine can create an opening, lasting change comes from the support, preparation, and embodied integration.

My role is to help you make meaning of what emerges and carry those insights into daily life. I bring both professional training and lived experience with integrative healing modalities, including years of intentional psychedelic work. I understand this journey’s nuances and support you with care, insight, and deep respect.

Much of my work centers around helping people understand the patterns shaping their lives. Sometimes those patterns live in the body. Sometimes they emerge through relationships, family dynamics, grief, trauma, or old stories about who we are and what is possible for us.

When those underlying patterns begin to shift, it often becomes easier to move toward the life, relationships, and sense of self that we've been trying to create.

Unlike larger, impersonal programs, I work closely with only a small number of clients at a time, allowing for a highly personalized level of care and support. We don’t just talk about integration—we embody it. Through somatic practices, family constellations, or astrology, and with optional ceremonial cacao, you’ll integrate the experience through your entire being. This is about real, embodied shifts that become part of how you live.

Reflections from Clients

— Missy

“This was a truly life-altering experience. I can sit with myself, trust my voice, and stand in my power in a way I never could before.”

— Beth Ann

"Ketamine therapy and somatic healing were life-changing resources for me. Through this work, I was able to integrate early life experiences, relieve long-standing anxiety and depression, and develop a greater sense of peace and joy in my daily life. Masha supported me with deep compassion, skill, and insight throughout the process."

What’s Included

Every journey is unique, but the pathway follows a structured process designed to support you before, during, and after the medicine experience.

  • A discovery conversation with me to see if this feels aligned.

  • If we decide together that this pathway feels aligned, you'll meet with a licensed clinician who will determine whether ketamine is appropriate for you. If, for any reason, you are not approved for treatment, your payment will be refunded.

  • One somatic preparation session, where we clarify your intentions and give you tools to work with your body and emotions throughout the journey.

  • Six at-home clinician-prescribed ketamine sessions: the first is guided by me live on Zoom, the remaining five are done independently at home. For safety, we’ll guide you in arranging a trusted person to be present during at-home sessions.

  • Three integration sessions after the second, fourth, and final ketamine sessions. These can draw from somatic practices, family constellations, or other tools to help integrate your experience into daily life.

  • Light check-in support between sessions, so you feel held throughout the process.

This pathway is intentionally designed to offer both structure and flexibility, meeting you where you are while providing support throughout the process.

Every step is tailored to you. If you’re curious whether this path is right for you, schedule a complimentary Ketamine Exploration Call, and we’ll explore it together.

~ FAQ ~

  • Ketamine is a clinician-prescribed medicine that has been used safely in medical settings for decades and is now being used to support mental health and healing. Unlike traditional talk therapy, ketamine can create an altered state that may help people access new perspectives, soften long-held patterns, and experience greater emotional flexibility.

Research suggests ketamine may support neuroplasticity, helping the brain form new neural pathways and creating opportunities for meaningful change.

  • While ketamine is often grouped with psychedelics because of the experiences it can create, it is technically a dissociative medicine rather than a classical psychedelic. It works differently from substances such as psilocybin or ayahuasca and has its own unique qualities.

Many people find ketamine to be a gentler and more accessible entry point into psychedelic-assisted healing because it is clinician-prescribed, legal, and can be done from the comfort of home with appropriate support. The experience is often shorter in duration and can create enough distance from familiar thoughts and patterns to allow new perspectives and possibilities to emerge.

  • No. Many of the people I work with have never explored psychedelics before. Part of my role is helping you prepare for the experience, understand what may arise, and integrate it afterward.

  • The clinician reviews your health history, medications, and overall suitability for treatment. They make the final determination about whether ketamine is appropriate and safe for you.

  • For safety and peace of mind, you'll have a trusted person available during your at-home sessions. We provide guidance on how to choose and prepare that person.

  • No. I am not acting as a therapist or prescribing clinician. My role is to provide preparation, somatic support, and integration throughout the process.

Whenever possible, I encourage clients to have additional support in place, whether through a therapist, coach, trusted community, or other practitioners. Meaningful healing often benefits from a strong support system, and sometimes it takes a team.

  • Many people who explore this pathway have already spent years in therapy or personal growth work. Ketamine doesn't replace therapy, but it can sometimes help create movement where insight alone hasn't led to lasting change.

  • Not necessarily. Ketamine isn't appropriate for everyone, which is why every client meets with a licensed clinician who determines eligibility and safety.

This pathway is best suited for people who are willing to engage in both the medicine experience and the integration process that follows. While ketamine can create an opening, meaningful change often requires curiosity, honesty, and a willingness to work with what emerges.
